I've been using HubSpot since 2015 when the agency I worked for became a HubSpot partner. I've worked in nearly 100 portals over the years and done everything from creating a free website using the free version of the CMS (you're on it right now!) to helping an organization with nearly 2 million contacts using Enterprise Marketing, Sales, Service and Operations Hubs clean up their portal and implement best practices and improve tool adoption throughout the organization.

HubSpot Certified Trainer

I joined the HubSpot Certified Trainer program when it launched in 2018, and I was in the first group of HCTs to become certified.

So what does it mean to be one of the first 40 HCTs in North America? Incredible swag. Water bottles; Yeti coffee mugs; I still use the backpack. But also, I've used these skills to improve my onboarding practices and offer HubSpot consulting and help teams with HubSpot adoption.

 

HubSpot User Group

Since 2018, I've hosted a HubSpot User Group for the greater Boise area. I also participate in a monthly HubSpot Partner Group forum with other HubSpot Partners across the country. My secret trick is using other's knowledge to get smarter.
